Each track section measures approximately 8.75 inches long, with two track sections used between each Govee light module. The system conceals the exposed Govee wire along the soffit, creating a clean, continuous look during the day while keeping your lights properly positioned for nighttime use.

Upgrade Your Existing Mounts — or Build With Track From the Start

Our track system is designed so you can add it to an existing Plooky Prints installation or incorporate it from the beginning.

If you already have our Regular Mounts installed, simply add our Track Mount Upgrade, which fits over the Regular Mount and allows the track system to connect around your existing lights.

If you're starting a new installation and already know you want the track system, we recommend purchasing our Combined Track + Light Mount instead. This combines the mounting functions into one purpose-built component and simplifies the overall installation.

This gives you the flexibility to upgrade your Govee installation later without having to replace all of your existing mounts.

Modular Snap-Together System

Two 8.75" track sections are installed between each light module.

A Snap-On Track Connector Mount is also required where every two track sections meet. The connector supports and aligns the track sections while helping create a clean, continuous run along the roofline.

For a typical section of your installation, the layout is essentially:

Light Mount → Track → Snap-On Connector → Track → Light Mount

This modular design makes the system easier to install, service, replace, and adapt to different roofline layouts.

What You'll Need

For a complete track installation, you'll need the 8.75" Track Sections along with the appropriate mounting components:

Existing Regular Mount installation: Add a Track Mount Upgrade over each Regular Mount.

New Track System installation: Use the Combined Track + Light Mount instead of purchasing the Regular Mount and Track Mount separately.

Between lights: Use two 8.75" Track Sections and one Snap-On Track Connector Mount between each pair of light modules.
