Method: We use Pirate Ship to find the best rates.

Carriers: We use USPS and UPS, and we disable FedEx.

• All products are made to order. Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. We will reach out if there is a delay during high-volume periods or for custom items.

• We ship via USPS within the United States only. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after shipment.

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the order.

• If tracking shows delivered but the package hasn't arrived, customers must contact us within 7 days at support@plookyprints.com.

Because our products are printed to order, our return policy varies by item type:

• Standard catalog items (in-stock colors): May be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. There is no restocking fee. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

• Custom and color-matched orders: Made specifically for the customer and are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If something arrives wrong or damaged, customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund with no return shipping cost.

• Process: To start a return, customers email support@plookyprints.com with their order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Wix Payments and typically post within 5–10 business days.
